Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the fenestration industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, and housing associations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and expand our market share.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on new business development and account management.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction sales, preferably in the fenestration industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building products and the trade.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Driven, target-focused, and a team player with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
