About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in challenging behaviours to join our dynamic team in a vibrant primary school located in the heart of Ealing, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with complex behavioural needs, using strategies tailored to individual children's emotional and behavioural needs.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff, encouraging resilience and managing challenging situations with patience and understanding.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as an SEN TA, particularly with children who have challenging behaviours.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with both pupils and staff.
  • A proactive approach to supporting children's learning and emotional well-being.
