About the Role:

As a teaching assistant working with special needs, you will support the learning and development of children with Autism (ASD). You will work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to assess and implement the students' Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP).

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience supporting children with special needs (SEN), ideally Autism (ASD). You should be willing to work with challenging behaviour, be flexible and willing to take on all challenges, and be able to enforce boundaries and be a good role model.
