Job Title:

Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant

The role involves providing individualized support to a Year 4 pupil with autism and ADHD in a Primary School.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to the student, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers and other staff members to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to encourage student progression and independence.
  • Maintain open communication with teachers and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting.
  • Prior experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential.
  • A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable.
