**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced learning coach to join our friendly and supportive team. The purpose of the role is to provide support to pupils or groups of pupils who require extra interventions for developing their academic attainment and/or their emotional and behaviour needs.
The job involves supporting the implementation of work programmes for individuals/groups, including leading on targeted interventions. You will need to be committed to continued professional development and able to inspire and motivate others.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Salary and Benefits**
The salary for this role is £21,508 - £21,815 per annum, paid pro rata. As a permanent member of staff, you will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for career progression and access to training and development programmes.
