Job Title: Business Manager to HR Director

London Medical Associates West London GP Federation is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Business Manager to HR Director. This is a unique opportunity to work with a great team of clinical leads and managers to develop our HR service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR systems and processes to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  3. Work with the Executive Director to create and implement reward and recognition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  4. Support the development of career pathways and training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Collaborate with the Training and Research Management Lead to offer apprenticeships and develop a well-being strategy for employees.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  7. Develop and deliver an annual staff survey and present recommendations for improvements to the Board.

Requirements:

  • Degree or CIPD in HR
  • Experience of working in Primary Care
  • Experience of developing recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Experience of developing policies, procedures, and reports around recruitment and retention
