Job Title: Resourcing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Coordinator to join our team at TDA HR. As a key member of our Business Partnering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Recruitment Director and providing exceptional customer service to our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key elements of the employee experience, including joiner, mover, promotion, leaver, and absence processes.
  • Collaborate with the Business Partners to ensure accurate processing and timely management of HR system records and employee files.
  • Own the contractor joiner, extension, and leaver processes, producing relevant contractual documentation and liaising with external agencies.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Director to ensure appropriate candidate information is captured in HR Systems and timely issuance of employee contracts.
  • Manage recruitment processes on the Recruitment Director's non-working day, including running briefing calls, updating ATS, organizing interviews, and communicating offers.
  • Schedule and complete employee conversations and administration supporting employees leaving the organization.
  • Partner with the Payroll & Benefits team to ensure monthly payroll changes are captured and actioned as needed, with accurate and well-maintained joiner and leaver information.
  • Ensure updated job descriptions for new hires and employees with changing roles are saved in employee files and shared with L&D Coordinator for uploading to Learning & Development system.
  • Work closely with Talent, Culture & Inclusion team to ensure all new joiner and mover information is communicated timely for employees to receive required training to operate in their new roles.
  • Proactively seek improvement opportunities, flag, and help to mitigate any potential operational risk incidents.
  • Continuously familiarize yourself with HR-related policies and procedures, advise, and support employees as required.
  • Update policies as and when required.
  • Act as the contact point between P&C, Compliance, and business area to coordinate SMCR joiners and identify required training.
  • Support projects and implementation of initiatives as required.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to employee relations and grow within the firm. We require 3 days per week in the office and are open to sponsoring the CIPD.
