  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the development, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Patrol the site regularly to ensure all tasks are complete and residents are attended to.
  • Deal with first-line inquiries and issues from residents and visitors, referring them to the Property Manager as necessary.
  • Take in parcels for absent residents and greet delivery drivers and visitors.
  • Monitor car parking areas, record unauthorized vehicles, and report persistent offenders to the Property Manager.
  • Manage parking permits and fobs, ensuring timely preparation and issuing.
  • Support the Property Manager in obtaining quotes for major and minor works, maintaining a diary of expected events, and dealing with contractors.
  • Respond to security systems and CCTV, reporting incidents to the Property Manager.
  • Ensure the secure locking of gates, doors, and fire and security systems.
  • Identify hazards and escalate to the Property Manager as necessary.
  • Carry out basic maintenance checks and provide reports of defects to the Managing Agents.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
