Job Title: Luxury Development Porter

We are seeking an experienced Evening Porter for a luxury development in West London. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8am.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Verifying all visitors, suppliers and contractors to ensure a secure environment.
  • Maintaining a secure environment by conducting security checks, reviewing CCTV footage, and securing elevator access.
  • Carrying out regular building checks, logging and reporting maintenance needs to prevent any disruptions.
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures, fire protocols, and bomb threat protocols to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Ensuring communal areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Reporting incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with guests' concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Completing operational reports and handing over to the next shift to maintain continuity.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
