Senior Purchasing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Purchasing Manager to join our team at Axon Moore Group Ltd. As a key member of our global procurement organization, you will be responsible for overseeing purchasing activities across the UK and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to Purchasing teams across the UK and globally
* Share best practices globally and ensure regular progress updates to the Global Managing Director
* Lead monthly reporting to the Executive Management Team and coordinate annual business planning and budgeting for Purchasing
* Establish clear goals and expectations to manage employee performance
* Identify and manage key operating risks effectively
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of success
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Experience in global purchasing and compliance is essential
* Proven ability to use time responsibly and control company spend
