Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the effective management of our store. As a key member of our team, you will lead and motivate your colleagues to maintain high standards in all areas of the store. You will be accountable for one of our three departments, with opportunities to work cross-functionally to support other teams when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine goals and objectives for each shift
- Provide guidance and instruction on tasks and procedures
- Lead by example and maintain high standards
- Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion
- Act as Duty Manager in the absence of senior management
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work earlies and lates across the week and 1 weekend day per week
- Potential for training and progression to Duty Manager
- 36.75 hour contract
- Age requirement: 18+
