Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Rainham. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs and/or disabilities, and will be able to provide individualized support to students with varying levels of need. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, and will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with additional needs and/or disabilities
  • Ability to provide individualized support to students with varying levels of need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
