About the Role:
Frasers Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Concessions Leader to join our team in the UK. As a Retail Concessions Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales assistants.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective team management and execution of sales strategies.
- Improve customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive store environment.
- Collaborate with Cluster Managers to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
