Concession Business Manager

As a Concession Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences at Frasers Group. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of sales assistants and ensure the smooth operation of your store.
Key Accountabilities- Business Planning:
- Develop and implement effective store schedules to meet business objectives.
- Maintain control over wages and payroll processes.
- Provide guidance on time management and problem-solving.
- Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Train staff on product features and benefits to maximise sales opportunities.
- Understand KPI targets and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Support internal talent development and performance management processes.
- Pursue personal development and take constructive feedback.
- Create an environment that encourages and rewards high-performance individuals fairly and equitably.
- Inspire and motivate your team, setting a positive example.
- Coach and develop your team members.
- Take ownership of your store's performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with Cluster Managers for Concession success.
- Management experience in fast-paced retail or leisure environments.
- Strong track record of developing leadership teams and talented individuals.
- Ability to positively impact results in sales, payroll, and stock loss.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to achieving high store standards and customer satisfaction.
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills.
