SEN Support Worker in Surrey

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to join our team at Snap Care. As a dedicated and experienced individual, you will work one-on-one with an intelligent and sociable 11-year-old girl with physical disabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include providing holistic support outside of school hours, including personal care, activities, social engagements, and life administration tasks. You will play a vital role in facilitating the child's independence skills and overall development, making every effort to foster a positive and supportive environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the child's life. You will be required to drive (manual license essential) and participate in various activities during school holidays, such as planning days out and accompanying the child on holidays abroad (expenses covered).
To succeed in this role, you must be a female applicant, non-smoker, and have previous experience supporting a client with a physical disability. We also require a flexible approach, willing to adapt to changing circumstances, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
