SEN Administrator Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 3-11 years with a range of SEN needs at our SEN School in Hersham.
About the Role:- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring all equipment is functional.
- Contribute to record-keeping by documenting observations of pupils throughout the school day.
- Effectively communicate with other school staff to share knowledge and understanding of students.
- Demonstrate positive attitudes, values, and behaviours that align with the role's expectations.
- Promote inclusion by encouraging participation from all pupils in learning and extracurricular activities.
- Provide teaching and learning support, utilizing appropriate technical resources as needed.
- Support students with SEN and additional needs, tailoring assistance to meet individual requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Clear enhanced DBS required
- Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
- Location: Hersham
The salary for this role is £84 per day, dependent on experience.
