About the Role:

As a Retail Door Supervisor at Frasers Group, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and secure shopping environment for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, greeting and guiding them while ensuring the store's safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the store management in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, and report information.
  • Act as a deterrent on the shop floor and ensure company policies and standards are adhered to.
  • Support the team in maintaining a high standard of customer service.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • You are committed to working as part of a team and have a positive attitude.
  • You are self-motivated and can use your initiative to achieve goals.
  • You are a confident communicator and can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.
