About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Door Supervisor to join our team at Sports Direct. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.

As a Retail Door Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience while maintaining a vigilant presence to prevent potential risks to the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the store management in maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Identify and communicate potential risks to the store
  • Complete safety and security checks and report any incidents
  • Act as a deterrent on the shop floor and maintain a visible presence
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
