Electrical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our Engineering team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance tasks in accordance with set schedules to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of our electrical systems.
- Conduct technical surveys of electrical services and systems, reporting findings to the Engineering Services Manager.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults associated with planned maintenance or reactive maintenance of the site.
- Co-ordinate visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with electrical aspects of the PPM schedules.
- Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.
Requirements
- Clear experience and Mechanical and/or Electrical qualifications.
