Job Opportunity

About the Role

  • Establish relationships with UK commercial brokers to educate and inform them about our service offering.
  • Support brokers in onboarding to our portal and provide necessary assistance.
  • Closely collaborate with brokers to generate and pursue business leads.
  • Engage in outbound sales and account management to onboard new brokers and effectively manage existing ones.
  • Consistently generate revenue for the business.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial broking, seeking to advance their career.
  • A passion for working in a start-up environment and a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • A strong desire to progress and potentially lead a team within the company.
  • Ability to work towards weekly and monthly targets.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: £42k with uncapped commission.
