Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Broker to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As an Account Broker, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' business and risk transfer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply our business unit policies and procedures to provide exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
  • Manage contracts and market presentations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide feedback on corrective actions to retain clients and enhance process performance.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, prospects, associates, insurers, and external specialists.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Language skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
