London, Greater London, United Kingdom MRG Exams Full time

MRG Exams, a leader in independent medical examinations, is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider to conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

This role involves reviewing medical health records through a secure web portal and performing comprehensive assessments on each veteran.

The successful candidate will also complete Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) through the web portal, documenting exam findings needed by the VA.

As a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Provider, you will NOT make disability determinations; the VA makes all disability determinations.

This is a non-treating role, focusing solely on providing assessments.

You will review and assess approximately 4 veterans per day on average.

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with telehealth and face-to-face interactions, requiring 3 days/week commitment.

To be successful in this role, you must be proficient at finding key data points within large electronic medical records, analyzing data to complete DBQs, and typing efficiently.

You should also possess excellent time management skills, staying on task and meeting requirements while working independently.

Additionally, completed DBQs must be submitted within 24 hours after an exam.

We are looking for PM&R physicians interested in serving Veterans in their community who meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must hold a current license as a Physiatrist
  • Must be Board Certified in either Neurological Surgery, PM&R or Psychiatry and Neurology

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience
