Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Independent Assessing Professional to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. This role involves assessing prospective foster carers through Form F assessments, managing complaints, and conducting foster carer reviews.

As an experienced and qualified individual, you will possess a strong understanding of the fostering regulations, childcare law, and safeguarding issues. You should also be registered with the SWE and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Form F assessments.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum and have opportunities for professional development and growth.

This role is ideal for those living in Warrington, Lytham, Blackpool, and Blackburn.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of prospective foster carers using Form F
  • Manage complaints and concerns from foster carers and service users
  • Regularly review foster carers to ensure they meet the required standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in social work or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Form F assessments
  • SWE registration
  • Ideal enhanced DBS on the update service
