Key responsibilities include empowering residents to maintain their independence, providing personalized care and support, promoting health and wellbeing, and upholding dignity and respect in all interactions.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Beyond your core duties, you will also contribute to maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces, responding promptly to emergencies or call bells, and assisting with meals and other daily tasks.
