**Opportunity Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced part-time office administrator to join our team at Agility Resourcing based in North Preston. This role offers the opportunity to work with a modern approach and a small family company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks including payroll processing, credit card management, and first-point telephone contact. They will also be responsible for organizing staff training, renewing cards, and conducting surveillance testing and DBS checks. Additionally, they will manage company vehicles, book accommodation, and provide general office administration support.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in payroll processing and finance administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Working Arrangements:**
- Part-time working hours of 27.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
