The Opportunity

As a Financial Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of multiple high-spec projects, ensuring timely completion and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial and contractual aspects of projects from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with site teams to optimize costs and ensure efficient procurement.
  • Produce accurate financial reports, forecasts, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in financial management or a related field, ideally with a background in construction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA) is a plus.

Remuneration Package:

A competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, car allowance, full benefits package, and opportunity to work with a supportive, collaborative team culture in a dynamic work environment.
