About the Job

We are seeking a skilled ESL School Teacher to join our team at LB Richmond upon Thames & LB Wandsworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to looked after children and care leavers aged 3-25 years.

The role involves developing and delivering personalized education plans, monitoring pupil progress, and recommending interventions to ensure academic success.

Responsibilities
  • To collaborate with learners, parents, and other professionals to identify and address barriers to learning.
  • To lead and co-facilitate enrichment opportunities to promote social and emotional well-being.
  • To contribute to the evaluation and improvement of the virtual school's strategies and initiatives.

Salary: £42,192 - £51,127 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including flexible working, a generous pension plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
