Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor of Kitchen Excellence to join our team at Tatte Bakery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality food production.

About the Role:

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can lead and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the catering kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  3. Maintain High-Quality Food Production: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  4. Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  5. Ensure Food Safety: Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
  2. Previous Experience: You should have at least 6 months of experience working as a supervisor in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or catering production facility.
  3. Language Skills: You should be proficient in Spanish and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Technical Skills: You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have experience working with UltiPro, Toast - POS System, CrunchTime/TeamworX.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $24-$27/hour, depending on experience.
