Job Responsibilities include:
• Preparing food to the highest standards
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain exceptional food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training teams to excel in their roles
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Minimum two years of experience in cooking, preparing food, and leading a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to run a kitchen efficiently and deliver high-quality food experiences
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate required
