Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient food production and presentation
Requirements:
- CDP or equivalent experience as a Chef de Partie
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
