Kitchen Staff Member

As a Kitchen Porter at LGH Hotels Management, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, assisting chefs with food preparation, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities- Wash and clean dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all kitchen areas.
- Sweep and mop floors, remove trash and recycling.
- Assist with basic food preparation, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
- Receive and store deliveries of food and supplies.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Help set up and close down the kitchen.
- Assist in cleaning cooking equipment and work surfaces.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
- Report maintenance or health and safety issues to relevant personnel.
The estimated salary for this position is £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
