About the Role:

The Senior Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand. This includes preparing delicious food to the highest standards, supervising our culinary and catering teams, and communicating regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with at least two years of catering experience and experience managing teams in a similar role.
