Job Description

The Senior Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production of seasonal menus using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, and following brand standards.

  • To provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, hospitality, and fine dining menus for all college functions, leading a team of chefs to achieve the highest possible standards of dining.
  • Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A genuine interest in food and excellent customer service.
  • Innovation and passion for great food with a proven track record in delivering excellent standards of cuisine.
  • Ability to demonstrate good understanding and use of written and verbal English.
  • To have demonstrable experience of working with fresh ingredients and cooking to a high standard, employing a variety of classical and modern techniques and styles.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of chefs to produce excellent food.
