We are seeking a Senior Store Supervisor to join our team at Tesco Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that we provide an exceptional customer experience and meet our business objectives.

As a Senior Store Supervisor, you will lead by example, demonstrating our values and behaviours in everything you do. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the store is run efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive the best possible service.

The salary for this role starts from £14 per hour, and we offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, as well as opportunities for flexible working. We also provide a range of benefits, including uniform, access to colleague networks, and discounts on purchases.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and to take on new challenges and responsibilities. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, and will have the chance to make a real difference to our business and our customers.
