Head Chef Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Fisherman's Cot. As a key member of our pub management team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and leading our kitchen team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to drive business success and achieve our goals.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented kitchen team to ensure we have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
