An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our team as a Criminal Justice Pathway Worker in North Staffordshire. This challenging role will involve working within a multi-disciplinary team, primarily completing screenings of individuals' needs at different stages of their journey through the Criminal Justice System.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying health and social care needs using screening tools, assisting individuals to access relevant services, and providing short-term support to patients and their families. They will also be required to complete Court Reports outlining individuals' needs that may impact charging and sentencing decisions.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have an NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent experience, as well as competent literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE grade C/4 or above. Previous experience of working with vulnerable populations, including those with mental health, physical health, learning disabilities, abuse, addiction, and social issues is highly desirable. Candidates should also have a basic understanding of the Recovery Model and the Mental Health Act 1983(07).

Working Arrangements:
The successful candidate will work across various locations in Staffordshire, dependent on skill and service need. They will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside a registered practitioner to screen individuals and provide timely assessments.
