Job Description: As a Senior Brokerage Officer at Hatched Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for supporting the Brokerage manager and managing a number of brokerage officers and assistants. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, arranging, and amending packages of care for residents and service users.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. You will also need to have a degree in a relevant field such as Social Work or Healthcare and proven experience in brokerage or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and arranging packages of care for residents and service users.
  • Working with Service Managers, Senior Practitioners, and Care Managers to resolve complex issues related to placements.
  • Acting as Lead Specialist in either Community Placements or Residential and long-term Placements.
  • Facilitating placements within the council's Standing Orders.
