As an Account Service Advisor with beBee Professionals, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the United Kingdom. Working closely with our team, you will engage with customers through various channels, address their queries and concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Offer accurate product information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer orders, and manage account information with attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle high-volume queries, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, to meet business demands.
