Job Description
As a Banking Operations Specialist at Handelsbanken PLC, your primary responsibility will be to administer accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- You will prepare facility letters, document lending facilities, and ensure compliance with bank requirements.
- Managing the inward account transfer process, overseeing customer payments, and providing excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.
- Liaising with internal departments and maintaining accurate AML and KYC records are essential duties.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in banking operations or a related field is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel, is necessary.
