Job Description:

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the North-West region. You will engage and recruit new members to the society within new and existing clients' premises, and assist colleagues in recruitment, training, and motivating the Society's Registered Introducers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Actively seek out new business opportunities in designated geographical areas and firms.
  • Recruit New Members: Engage and recruit new members to the society within new and existing clients' premises.
  • Support Sales & Development Team: Assist colleagues in recruitment, training, and motivating the Society's Registered Introducers.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: Strong background in sales with a proven ability to bring in new business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the insurance and/or transport industry is advantageous.
  • Professionalism: Highly professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting and pitching at all levels, representing the business effectively.
  • Track Record: Demonstrable success in achieving agreed targets in a direct sales role.
