Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team as a Regional Sales Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the North region, covering Sheffield to Middlesbrough.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in field sales
- Experience in the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
