About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and growing a talented team of project managers, ensuring successful project outcomes, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and grow a high-performing team of project managers, focusing on delivering projects that meet or exceed customer and business requirements.
  2. Develop and implement effective project management methodologies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions, driving business value and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resource projects effectively, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive success.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring open communication and clear reporting.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of leading project management teams, with experience in delivering complex projects.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • A strategic thinker, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
