As a key member of our Project Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our latest endeavour, a full turn-key equipment project. Your expertise in fabrication, structural, and production processes will be invaluable in driving this project forward.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the project, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design transfer, build processes, and project execution meet safety, quality, and performance standards
* Select, negotiate with, and oversee subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with project timelines and quality standards
* Address and resolve technical or operational issues, minimizing disruptions
* Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

* Knowledge of fabrication, structural, and production processes, with qualifications in Engineering, Production Management, Construction, or similar
* Project management and organizational skills
* Experience in commercial management, including budgeting and cost control
* Ability to manage and negotiate with technical subcontractors effectively, using strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Working experience with relevant software and tools, such as CAD and MS Project
