We're looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and take on the challenge of driving growth and increasing revenue with our existing portfolio of Education Clients.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact and be part of a dynamic and global team. As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our Sales, Implementation, and Client Optimization teams to execute strategies that drive growth, increase revenue, and provide accurate issue resolution.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, or client management, with experience in consultative sales and a proven track record of building rapport quickly, identifying and diagnosing business problems, and demonstrating products remotely or in person.

  • Gain a clear understanding of clients' goals and objectives and document them in strategic account plans.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including increasing the breadth and seniority of contacts, and connecting them with appropriate Flywire counterparts.
  • Work alongside Client Success and Consultants to capture in-depth knowledge of client operations, including student lifecycle and payer journey.
  • Map Flywire's wallet share of existing payment flow and unearth new opportunities for Flywire products and services.
