ICT Support Specialist Role

We seek an experienced ICT Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for maintaining and supporting IT applications, deploying and supporting cloud-based services, and providing comprehensive support and maintenance for CRM systems, Unified Communications, and cloud-based telephony systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support IT applications, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deploy and support applications and cloud-based services.
  • Utilize Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and CRM systems to automate internal processes and tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for CRM systems, Unified Communications, and cloud-based telephony systems.
  • Support and maintain servers, networking, and mobile device management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in managing projects and leading meetings with customers and suppliers.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Unified Communications, mobile device management, server and network support, cloud telephony, and application deployment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
