About the Job:

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations quickly.

The Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with eye tests, pre-screen patients, and measure frames accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
