At Swift, we're at the forefront of revolutionizing the way the world moves value. We're seeking a skilled Financial Services Product Manager to join our team in London, UK. The estimated salary range for this role is £75,000 - £110,000 per annum.



We're looking for an individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather business requirements, and transform them into effective product strategies. You'll work closely with technical product managers and developers to act as a customer advocate during the product development lifecycle.



As a Lead Financial Services Product Manager, you'll conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitor activities. You'll also work with key stakeholders to define the business case of your solution, including understanding customer value, market segmentation, adoption strategy, and cost analysis.



You'll be responsible for supporting the definition of the value proposition, positioning, and pricing of your solution to maximize adoption and usage within our community. Additionally, you'll contribute to product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and aligning them with the overall goals of the organization.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Collaborate with team members from different departments to gather business requirements and transform them into effective product strategies.
  • Collaborate with the technical product managers and development to act as a customer advocate during the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitor activities.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define the business case of your solution, including understanding customer value, market segmentation, adoption strategy, and cost analysis.
  • Support the definition of the value proposition, positioning, and pricing of your solution to maximize adoption and usage within our community.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and work with key stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer needs and aligning them with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for product enhancements.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on product features and functionalities.


Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management in the payment industry, preferably at a Payment Service Provider (PSP).
  • Skilled in gathering and interpreting data to support decision-making processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Familiarity with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and industry regulations would be a great advantage.


Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience in working with international teams and managing global products.
  • Certifications in product management or related fields.
