Lead Financial Services Product Strategist

This opportunity involves shaping Aveni's AI-powered platform to deliver maximum value for SaaS clients, balancing client needs and enhancing AI capabilities within core offerings.

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aveni's client AI squad, ensuring client needs are met and value is generated sustainably.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of and advocate for the needs of financial services clients, embedding customer feedback loops into the product development process.
  • Develop and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure a seamless development process.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding client and scalability work.
  • Utilize data and metrics to guide product decisions, measure success, and iterate on features.
  • Elevate an agile approach to product development, ensuring rapid iteration and continuous delivery.
About You:
  • Experienced product professional within financial services or B2B SaaS companies, ideally working with AI products.
  • Customer-focused individual with strong experience working in cross-functional squads with business sponsors.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, proficient in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Agile product management experience and a deep commitment to building solutions centered on customer needs.
