About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for managing maintenance operations across multiple sites, including Royal Preston Hospital.

Your key responsibilities will include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating workloads, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also work closely with Estates Engineering & Building Managers to maintain the highest standards of patient and staff environments.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £32,000-£40,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a 1-in-4 on-call rota and potential overtime opportunities.
