Dining Services Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Services Coordinator to join our team at Millieramsden Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality standards, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the shift.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor food stock levels, assist with inventory management, and contribute creative ideas for new dishes through menu planning and development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a restaurant or culinary setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations, with a commitment to adhering to them at all times.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive pension scheme.
